Gemma who served us was both knowledgable on every product we tried, and so friendly too! She made our experience easy and we left feeling really satisfied with our purchases. She went above and beyond to recommend pillows too - which we love and are making good use of whilst waiting for our mattress to be delivered!

My husband and I had talked about a new mattress for ages. We’ve popped into stores before & walked away with nothing. Yesterday we did our usual browsing then Gemma asked if we needed help & introduced us to the machine that takes the reading. Gemma showed us the few mattresses that were going to suit our needs. She was extremely informative, friendly & had an awesome sense of humour & even managed to play along with my husbands “jokes” at no point did we feel pushed into any decision, she allowed us space to talk. Without her assistance we would’ve walked out like all the other times.....clueless!

The information of what the products were was very easy to find and understand. Gareth who helped us place the order was very knowledgable and friendly.

Store was busy but the staff found time to answer our questions

We were acknowledged as soon as we entered the building but were not pounced upon when looking around. When we required some assistance the store manager Joe was on hand to help, taking time to answer our questions. We had previously visited another Dreams store without any inter action with any member of staff and had left due to the lack of interest.
