Karolynne, was absolutely tremendous. She valued us as people and was diligent in her approach to fulfilling our needs. The journey from start to finish with her was tremendous. The previous chap was not so ‘on the ball’. We came in very late on a Sunday but were not rushed out of the store, even though it was Karolynnes birthday. I would highly recommend Karolynne.

Karolynne was very friendly and helpful and not at all pushy with the sale. She left us to discuss the purchase at appriate times and gave us lots to chose from.

Good, efficient service thats was not too over bearing. After a explaining a few products the sever left us alone to for a while which was what I liked.

Knowledgeable staff made choosing easy.

Warm greeting on arrival. Efficient progression to choosing suitable sleeping options. Offer of a hot drink. Felt at ease and not rushed while deciding between options. Listened to our preferences and took them on board during selection of products.

Joe was fabulous. The time he spent with me was appreciated, no pushy sales and amazing product knowledge.

The staff greeted us, were helpful and friendly , particularly Karolynne who we placed our order with. We visited the store on two occasions and both times Karolynne was really helpful. We did the Sleepmatch test which was great, we were offered a drink and had really comfy pillows to help try out the beds.
