All the staff were very helpful, offered us drinks, made us feel comfortable, assisted us in the mattress chooser. Joe was extremely knowledgeable, never pushed us and have his honest opinion. We trusted him.

Walked into the store for the first time ever. Was met by Karolynne and offered something to drink but did not require this at the time. Karolynne was very helpful and very knowledgeable not only about the bed and mattress products in the store but also the manufacturing process for mattresses (our chosen product) and the ways that the environment was affected by the production processes. Karolynne was able to provide us with a lot of detail with regard to all the questions we asked and consistently offered us tea or coffee to ensure that our experience was a pleasant one. She ensured we were measured properly before we were taken to the suitable mattresses and then allowed us at least 8 mins on each one so that we could test them properly, with no pressure, allowing us to make a full assessment of the various products, including going back to test the mattresses again to ensure that we selected the right product for us. Karolynne was a Star!! And a role model of Customer Service in your organisation.
