My experience started with the Sleepmatch simulator which really help narrow down the wide variety of choice. Employees greeted me upon arrival and offered assistance. I was given a pillow and my own time to try out each bed. I was also offered tea/coffee whilst the order was being out through the system

The sales assistant, Zinedane, was extremely helpful, friendly and had very good knowledge of the beds and related products.

We were greeted as soon as we came in, Sleep match better helped us understand what our body needed, we were offered drinks while looking, and were given pillows while trying the beds

We were greeted by all the staff present in the store and even offered refreshments upon arrival. The mattress match machine was so helpful and Karolynne was very knowledgeable and able to help us find the perfect mattress (both my sister and I bought one). We were given pillows to try on the beds (which is now on my list to next purchase). She was honest and not too pushy but a great salesperson as we left and came back an hour later to purchase the beds she helped us find. Great experience!

Zinedane was friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable of the products. He helped us find the best fit mattress for us, giving us time to test them before making our choice with no pressure.

Staff made us welcome as soon as we walked thro the door. Staff could not be more helpful. Lots of variations in stock to choose from. Once we liked what we wanted a staff member explained everything about the item and then they should us to another member of staff who explained more and the cost and what we were entitled to, took just 5 to 10 mins to sort out paper work and price. I would definitely be visiting the store again. Thank you.
