We had researched online and thought we had found the mattresses we wished to purchase and attended the store knowing the sale was due to end. We were greeted by Karolynne who was exceptionally pleasant, welcoming and knowledgeable. Allowing us time to browse initially, she then helped us to us the machine to analyse our perfect mattress and walked us round the store to find the right one for our backs and bank balance. She was articulate, bright and light hearted whilst addressing our needs and I have every confidence we have found the best mattress we could afford for our combination of neck and back problems between my husband and I. The transaction was swift and whilst offered extra products there was no "hard sell" which can always make the experience more challenging when you are already pushing your budget. We had first choice of delivery dates and the whole process was well paced, allowed us to choose not feel pushed into a decision and showcased your fantastic range of products in a light, clean and airy environment that was a pleasure to explore. So good I might persuade hubby to a new bed before the 8 years is up on the mattress! Thanks must go to Karolynne - fab!

Visited store twice, I was impressed with the technology used to help choose the correct type of mattress and the options available in colours and styles of beds, staff where very friendly and very helpful I am glad I decided to buy from a store rather than online as more information was available and use of the mattress machine was entertaining 😊
