Dreams - Bristol Cribbs Causeway

We explained to the store manager @ Bristol Cribbs Causeway (Matt?) we were first time buyers and had to buy everything for our house including a mattress but we had a limited budget! He was so friendly and attentive, he got us to lie on the machine which tested for our preferred mattress and then helped us choose the comfiest, most adorable mattress. He understood our needs and didn’t make us feel embarrassed about our budget. We were offered tea and coffee whilst we placed our order which was great!

The assistant (Gareth) was very personable and friendly, he asked exactly what we were looking for (a mattress) and did his best to find it for us. In the end we also bought product insurance mattress protector and an ottoman, probably due to his good salesmanship.

Gareth went out of his way to take the time to show a range of mattress options and was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. Gave great advice and were not pressure sold to.

On entering the sore we were welcomed with a "Good afternoon pleases feel free to wander around at your leisure and speak to us if you have any questions". This we did and were then given a show on the possible type of mattress that would suit our purpose. We then took our time exploring various items we wished to purchase and when satisfied went to the desk and placed an order, Overall completely satisfied with the overall experience. Looking forward to the delivery date.

Attentive and helpful staff (Zinedane). We did not feel under pressure or rushed into making any decisions. Our budget was respected. We were web made a hot drink while we looked around.

My husband and I were greeted by Gemma as we entered the store. She allowed us a moment to orient ourselves and then asked us a few questions of what we are looking for : mattress, bed, both. She explained to us the use of the Dreams mattress match technology and the proceeded to let us get ready. She was really understanding as we were visiting the store with our two young children and let us take our time to settle them in first before we go on with our shopping. Once we had the list of recommended mattresses in hand she proceeded to show us all the mattresses. She handed us Tempur pillows to us while testing mattresses. She was very professional and explained the benefits of each mattress before we laid on it. She gave us the time to experience each of the mattresses and then gave us space to make up our minds. She was very helpful when we were deciding on the bed. She was knowledgeable about all the beds choices and what would suit us & our new mattress. She then proceeded with placing our order and help us with the finance agreement. On the whole I wish all your employees were like her. I would recommend Gemma's help to any of my friends.

Gemma who helped us today was brilliant, knew her products and colour matches with headboards to bases. We had the sleepmatch and we're shown the appropriate mattresses to suit us. With this we had the pillows to try. The whole experience of choosing a bed and mattress was very easy and that was with the help of Gemma.

Gemma, who served us was very professional, and knowledgeable about the bed that we purchased, we bought our previous bed from dreams and have always be satisfied, thats why we are returning customers.
