Incredibly helpful and informative dreams shop assistant Gareth. He was helpful and not pushy or salelsy. Gave us time to consider alone, but was always on hand if we had a question. Really impressed. We went to a number of shops but didn't know where to start. Nowhere else had the same customer service. Gareth showed us the sleep machine and we started from there. It was really helpful to then know what mattresses to try out and Gareth showed us them all. It was all made so easy and comprehensive. Also the pillows were amazing! I would never have tried them unless Gareth had said give it a go. Now I can't wait to sleep on it! Really great. I've already recommended Dreams to my family and friends.

The Sales Assistant, Gareth, was very professional and knowledgeable. He took a lot of trouble to make sure that I was satisfied with the mattress I purchased.

We used the Sleep Match which helped narrow down the vast amount of choice we first faced.

Karolynne was very helpful during our visit. She greeted us, and then assisted us with sleepmatch and showed us to mattresses to try following the results. We were offered drinks while we tried the mattresses out, and were given pillows suited to us. The sale process was fairly quick, and we were given all relevant options and information.

I was served by Gareth, who was absolutely fantastic. In no way was he pushy, he seemed very keen to understand my needs and make sure I got something I was super satisfied with. He was friendly and informative without being ingratiating or smarmy. Frankly, I'd come in just to have a look, but I was so happy with the service and advice, that I opted to purchase there and then
