Gareth’s knowledge and help was perfect. Also not too pushy gave us plenty of time to look around and decide and time to ourselves in between his help.

There was a warm welcome from your sales assistant Zinedane who was able to direct us to the options available after trying out your computerised scanning bed which in itself was a relevation of modern day science. There was no pressure as he then left us to make up our own mind if one was suitable. Once we had decided a delivery date was given & the order was then placed. The whole process was made very easy.

Fantastic experience, very helpful staff, we had picked a bed we liked before we came in however we had no idea what kind of mattress we wanted/needed and didn’t even know where to start. We walked in and sat on a few and I was more confused that before however with using the smart bed machine and the help from staff it was so easy.
