We were given a lot of help and time in trying to decide the best mattress for our needs - but did not feel pressured into making a decision. In fact we went away to think about our options and the member of staff was very understanding. We returned two days later and were welcomed by the same member of staff and our purchase was dealt with expeditiously.

Walked in today with no idea what to do or what we were looking for and Gareth stepped up to the rescue. Greeted us, offered us a drink and set us up on the SleepMatch. Lots of fun and very impressive technology; we were given a shortlist of mattress types that would suit our needs. We tested out mattresses with amazing pillows and were guided through all the steps with lots of information, laughs and a genuine willingness to help.
