We were met by Joe as soon as we entered the store. We were made to feel very welcome and were given advice regarding social distancing and how the store was implementing this. Worked very well. We then looked at bed frames and styles before Joe came and offered advice and assistance. His knowledge was excellent and had a very friendly and relaxed manner. We didn’t feel rushed and feel we received excellent advice and service.
