Friendly staff Gareth (Bristol Store). He listened to what we wanted, made suggestions and now we have a lush new mattress, which was much needed! He also recommended pillows, which both myself and my husband purchased and for the first time in a while we both woke up without neck ache!!

We dealt with Joe Lofty, the store manager. He was polite, friendly, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The range of beds was impressive. We especially found that your electronic bed for analysis of our bed selection was amazing. We also bought a pair of the recommended pillows.
