The lady who served us was really helpful and friendly. She advised us and helped us to the car with our purchase. She also threw in so complimentary pillows to our order.

The salesman was clearly experienced with his knowledge of all the beds and after explaining everything we were interested in left us to wander around and make a decision without any unnecessary and unwelcome pressure.

The sales assistant was present but not pushy or over bearing. They explained the process with reasons, Was honest in what he told us and had good knowledge of the products.

Found what I needed for a good price. Good service.

Michael at Truro branch was super helpful to me and my partner. Made sure he found the best mattress to suit us. He was super friendly and welcoming, had good knowledge of pros/cons between each mattress. We were both surprised when he said he had only been working for dreams for 9 weeks, definitely fitted in with the team and clearly loves his job. We have never been treated in such a kind manner when purchasing previous furniture. Highly recommend coming to dreams for friends and family
