Chloe was brilliant. She took us through the bed "fitting" machine and explained everything. She showed us a variety of mattresses that matched both our needs and was never pushy. The mattress we chose was on our matched list, so your machine works. She then helped our teenage son choose a suitable mattress within our price range. We cannot comment on the actual products yet as they have not been delivered. We will be returning to see Chloe with our other teenage son who has specific physical requirements, as we feel Chloe will be the ideal person to help him make the most suitable choice.
