Good service taken through and shown all products all explained after using the computerized bed to select the right mattress with help from the sales lady proof of the pudding which should be no problem after the use of our new purchase

The assistant, Austin, who helped us was excellent. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was fully available to help us, but wasn't pushy. He gave us space to try out the products and make our decision. We didn't feel rushed at all. He was very aware of cleanliness and social distancing. It is very important to me to buy as ethically and environmentally friendly as possible. I was very pleased that the mattress we were able to buy will be manufactured in Britain, using as many British products as possible. It is also fully recyclable. I purchased the recycling of my current mattress as well.
