was greeted at the door by a tall young man, named Seth, I told him straight away I was looking to buy a new mattress for me and my husband and which ones I had seen on line we looked around and I got to try and feel how comfortable they all were with a pillow, (Seth had kindly provided. I kept leaving it and he’d produce it at the next mattress :-). He made the experience very fun, no question was a dumb question and if he couldn’t answer something he’d find out for me.

My wife and I have dealt with Dreams before when we used to live in the Midlands. We were very happy with the service we received there.So from previous experience we decided to use your Truro branch.

A nice young gentleman served us, although only just started new job at your store he went out of his way to help us order the correct beds for our grandchildren, we took on board suggestions for correct mattresses to go with beds, Seth who served us two oldies was patient and understanding of our needs.

Kioni was a pleasure to deal with and answered my many questions, very knowledgeable. Just the right amount of professionalism and friendliness. I did not feel rushed at any time. In fact, everyone we spoke to in the store were helpful. It felt and sounded like a happy team.

Good quality products and knowledgeable staff

My wife and I along with my 2 year old daughter were greeted politely as we entered the store and were asked if we needed help. The gentleman who looked after us was knowledgeable, friendly and was very good with our daughter. But most of all, he showed us everything we asked for without being the slightest bit pushy, which was excellent. I believe his name was Seth (he had only been there a few weeks). I’ve worked in sales and marketing for 20 years and he is the exact time you younger person who should be trained and fast tracked to be head of customer service. He had a wonderful and professional attitude.
