Austin took us through the Sleepmatch process and explained everything thoroughly. He then showed us the mattresses that had been identified as suitable for us and explained the differences. He then left us to consider our options. When we had made our decisions he took our order efficiently, explaining all delivery options etc. From entering the store, Austin explained to us the company Covid safety procedures and they were carried out efficiently. A sanitised bottle of water was also offered and accepted. All in all a pleasant experience under these current difficult circumstances.

Daniella who helped me from the moment I entered the (Truro) store, to the point of placing the order for my new mattress was extremely friendly, professional and helpful throughout. No hitches at all in the whole process! The delivery process (including the emails, texts and phone calls to confirm the details of delivery and making me aware of the preparation needed at my end for the safe removal of my existing mattress and arrival of my new one) was smooth and extremely efficient. Delivery guys were friendly and professional too! COVID measures that were in place couldn't be faulted either. Very satisfied with the whole service received!
