A lady named Louise very kindly showed us around and let us trial various bed and pillows. She gave us plenty of time to decide on a bed that is suited to us and then she once again gave us plenty of time in choosing a bed frame, there was no pressure in hurrying up or to buying a particular bed. She gave us lots of choice on different mattresses, bed frames, pillows and covers, she also explained everything that we needed to know in great detail so we fully understood everything that we were going ahead with. During the process of purchasing, she was very talkative and humorous which made me and my partner feel at ease. Very professional and welcoming which made our decision in finding a bed much easier and quicker than what me and my partner imagined. The delivery service was quicker than what we expected too, with the option of being able to return the bed after 40 days if we weren't suited to it made our opinions within the purchase even more reassuring.

Both John and Louise were very professional, friendly, helpful and extremely patient. John was particularly knowledgeable in the technical aspects of our purchase. Louise was very efficient and ensured she found out the accurate information before advising us. We were made most welcome in the shop and given plenty time and understanding as we deliberated our decisions. We were also offered a cup of tea to help with our decision making process. This was most welcome and overall it was a lovely relaxing shopping experience with friendly professional staff who came across as if they really were interested in you as a customer and helped to ensure you made the right choice for your requirements. The ordering process with simple and all paperwork and documents were explained very clearly by Louise with particular attention being drawn to the relevant points. Our first purchase from Dreams and on this experience it won't be our last.

The Dream's colleague was very helpful and patient with us as we went to the store not really knowing what type of bed frame or mattress we were looking for. As we have had a water bed for the last 17 years we were not very knowledgeable about mattresses but Louise was very thorough and had us trying out a variety of mattresses in the show room.
