Becki had such good product knowledge, I valued her experience and attention to detail. Becki was also sensitive to our specific needs and gave suitable time for reflection and personal thought and discussion. She took care of our comfort and offered refreshments all of which was a natural support and not sales push.

this is my second purchase from dreams,and have been treated with the utmost care and coutesy,i find the staff and service second to none,it just cant be beaten.

I haven't been bed shopping for a few years and quite frankly found it a bit of a minefield. I didn't know what I wanted and needed a lot of help. Once I spoke to John from your Elgin store he explained about the range of mattresses and by asking questions found me the bed that was right for me. He was a very good salesman and was never pushy. I really felt quite at ease and usually I tend to back off from salesmen when approached. I will be purchasing another bed shortly and will once again visit the store.
