Beckie assisted me in finding my mattress and she deserves a bottle of champagne. She recommended I be measured on the machine to determine the best mattress type and this was a very informative experince and I found I had been sleeping on a mattress that was far too soft. Beckie showed me the most suitable mattresses in line with my results and I chose a beautiful memory foam one in the sale. Fantastic value for money and excellent comfort. I was talked through mattress care and decided to purchase a mattress cover with included waterproof protector. Finally after trying mattresses with the tempur cloud pillows and not having replaced mine for almost 6 years Beckie talked me through the memory foam technology and I decided to purchase two of these also. I do not generally enjoy shopping but this visit was made quick, easy and dealt with exceptionally efficiently by Becki. I could not be more greatful.

Simple, relaxed and non-pushy atmosphere with technology to back it up (magic bed to assess needs!), discounted products and very quick and flexible delivery, what's not to like?

The friendly and knowledgeable colleague made the experience an enjoyable one. We went to Dreams first but tried 4 local shops in total, we returned to Dreams for the friendly colleague as we were torn between 2 mattresses in 2 different shops.
