Very friendly staff (John at Elgin) Really helpful. Ordered a drink in store as currently pregnant. Quick service and even carried my newly purchased bedding out to the car for me. Overall great service

From the moment we entered we were looked after .John was knowledgeable,professional and very helpful but not at all pushy. We were put at ease from the start.John explained everything very thoroughly. We had a good bit of banter and great coffee.An all round great experience. Would recommend Dreams to everyone (first class)!!!!!👍👍👌👌

From the minute I entered I was greeted by a lovely lady. As I knew specifically what I wanted she explained about different mattresses and guided me to products which met my requirements.

Face to face ius my preferred method when making an expensive purchase. Rebecca, Elgin branch, was diligent and explained everything clearly. The store was large and ease of movment, brightly lit and inviting.
