The lady in the elgin store was so helpful and helped me and my autistic teenager find the right bed and mattress . Highly recommend this store

We we're not hassled when we're went in but upon looking for assistance Becki the representative was friendly and knowledgable. Becky helped us find the correct mattress and were found her helpfulness and professionalism reassuring. All in all a very smooth and pleasant experience.

A really good experience, due to the warm, but unobtrusive, welcome by both Becki and Louise, on separate occasions. They were both very knowledgeable and patient when listening to my comfort requirements for a new mattress, explaining the different support etc from the various ranges of mattresses on display. Super customer service from two obviously dedicated, and genuinely interested assistants.

I had previously visited the store and Louise was extremely informative about the products. On returning to make a purchase I specifically asked for her. She went through the possible choices I'd made and was very patient as I took a while to decide which mattress suited me best. At no time did I feel pressured or rushed and I am delighted with my final choice of bed and mattress. I can't praise Louise enough. She is friendly, informative and explains everything thoroughly to you. She truly is an asset to your organisation. 10 out of 10!!

Colin was great, he encouraged us to do the assessment and this helped inform our choice. He showed us lots of options and helped with advice all the way. The whole process was easy. Great customer service!
