Charlotte was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products and took the time to understand our requirements which were quite specific and complicated.

The salesperson (Becki) was welcoming and very helpful. She highlighted the benefits of the digital screening process and made the sequence of events very relaxing and stress free. A highly motivated individual who spent time to explain the product ranges suitable to myself. I walked away purchasing a bed frame, mattress, bedside cabinets and pillows. Becki was patient and courteous at all times and demonstrated a sound knowledge of the products, a credit to yourselves. Pleasure to deal with and certainly I would recommend dreams due to my personal experience. Thanks.

We were approached quickly to ask if we required assistance. Told to store assistant what we required and she provided prices and products quickly. Her knowledge was excellent

Staff were very informative and quick to serve

The Staff were all very nice friendly and helpful telling us about all the different matresses. We were there for quite a while and they gave us a cup of coffee while we were chatting. We also went on to a machine which helped to decide which matress would be best for us which was something we had never seen before.
