I was approached shortly after I entered the store and Becci suggested we might like to use Sleepmatch which I agreed to while waiting for my husband to arrive. It certainly cut down the length of time and number of mattresses I tried the last time I bought one!! My husband, also, was very impressed with the whole process. Becci was very helpful and knowledgeable and we had completed sale within half-hour.

The staff at the Elgin store were very helpful. they were extremely knowledgeable about the different beds in the shop and all the different types of mattress. They actually made the harrowing experience of spending double what we were planning on a mattress almost... almost enjoyable. You have no idea how hard that is for a Scotsman to say.
