The staff member was friendly and offered advice based on what we were looking for. We had seen a bed online but decided to visit the store in hopes of seeing the bed frame first, unfortunately the store didn’t have the style we wanted in store but the staff were extremely helpful in offering suggestions for similar. We decided to go with the bed we’d seen and were able to order in store with no pressure.

Great knowledge from Andy very helpful and polite. Tried out beds for comfort etc very informative and a very pleasant helpful person. Would reccamend any to go to Elgin branch.
