The sales assistance was very helpful and answered all of our questions and showed as a whole range of mattresses and provided us with info on the mattresses to help is decide which would be the best for us.

We got a prompt, informative and friendly advice and support in purchasing our chosen bed. Alan, our Customer Sales rep provided us with water while we conducted the purchase. All in all, with staff like Alan and an easy way to purchase, we are more than satisfied with the service we got on a Sunday morning. Make sure this chap is not only informed of his great service, but a performance enhancement is probably overdue!

Alan was really friendly and even entertained our son! we didn't feel like we were pressured into buying a product, but he was able to direct us to the right product when we inquired
