Dreams - Elgin

I found the assistance of Alan, at the Elgin store, to be knowledgeable on the product we bought. He was able to show us how the sofa bed worked. He listened to what we required and was able to list the pros and cons for the various items we looked at, so we were then able to make our choice easier than we thought possible. We were treated courteously, offered a beverage if we wanted one, whilst making our choice. The store was spotlessly clean and tidy, immaculate even. So I would definitely rate this Store in Elgin as one I would recommend and use again.

The assistant Rob was really helpful and knowledgeable. He showed my wife and I a selection of mattresses and then left us alone to examine further. We left the shop and returned the following day to order.

Helpful and easy service

The sales man Alan,was informative and very patient with me throughout the process of choosing my mattress. I've never spent so much money on anything before being a single mum this expense was frightening to me,but having arthritis I had little choice in spending more for a decent mattress,so I was nervous and unsure,Alan was so understanding and patient allowing me time to discuss it with my mum before making my decision. I didn't feel pressured or rushed at all,Alan and the female assistant were very kind and understanding throughout. I would shop here again based on how good the staff were to me.

Friendly & attentive staff. Found out the basics of what I was after, then explained the Mattress Selector process & then guided me through the various options giving me plenty of time to make my mind up, with no pressure of any kind.

Very friendly and knowledgable staff and the use of the mattress test bed and variety of mattresses on offer.

Excellent customer service from all the team. Helpful, informative, friendly and still gave us time to look around on our own.
