Asked for one bed ,got another on sent ,, the assistant was with us when our daughter was n the bed , he connected my phone to the TVs bed , he said the sound from the speakers is awesome , so I said I'd take it ,,I asked for a print of the brochure of the bed I wanted and he printed it off ,,still have it ,, then weeks later the wrong bed turned up ,,, the assistant denied printing of the picture and said we looked at the other bed ,,, when we went back to the shop ,it was very obviousle he remembered us and started back tracking ,,, i asked for refund , told I would loose £400 and ended up paying another £690 and waiting another 10 days ,,, very poor , one very pissedoff customer. ,

The assistant new her beds well and explained how the tempur mattress and pillows worked perfectly. Nothing was to much trouble for her and she had to explain it all again when my husband came in. She showed no impatience and did not give us the impression she would rather be doing something else, she was really enthusiastic.
