Found the whole process far to complex. Pricing in the store was unclear, and that felt deliberate. Stock was unavailable for the scheduled delivery which was over three weeks in the future. Had to order a more expensive option to achieve delivery. Invoice was very confusing and continual promises of discounts and best deals all felt glib Some of the mattresses in the store were well used. Thats the customers no doubt!

The Colleague had very little empathy with ourselves, and was NOT a people person. Customer service was the last thing on his mind: his focus was on up-selling in order to make the most commission for himself. The disappointing fact was that he was completely transparant in this approach and didn't attempt to gain rapport in way, shape or form. Patronising!!!

The item was not for sale only display and was told it would be delivered in 3 weeks but most likely earlier. When I phoned to find out when it would be delivered was told it would be this tuesday 19th which is 2 days over the date given. We have had to cancel our holiday plans so that we can be here on tuesday. Hopefully it will be delivered then as we have no sofa bed to sit on as our other one was put out due to being told it would be here then.

Went in on the Saturday store manager John amazing went back on the Monday to order employee James did not listen to what we wanted ordered the wrong bed and over charged us by over £100 rushed everything very very poor coustmer relations. At some points the way he spoke to me was rude.

We felt pressured into purchasing as we asked for a price and the next we new our card was processed. I asked for free delivery this was declined also I don,t see the point of a guarantee on line both these points are optional. We also could have our old bed uplifted by the council at half the price again we were put off this.
