It looked like store didn't have mattress I wanted in stock and having one delivered a week later was going to be problematic. However after looking at in store stock again, assistant found the item I needed and was able to load it into,y car.

Ottoman ordered was out of stock and will take one month and four days for delivery and 4 days after purchasing my bed I noticed it was on sale and I contacted customer services and stated about the price promise and they said it does not apply to myself as I have already saved money on my three items I had saved £160 prior to it going on sale to then for it to go on sale I had only saved £60 which was not a bargain that I originally had and now feel disappointed

Although I was extremely satisfied with the service and knowledge of the team and the way I was treated I did not tick highly satisfied as I did not want to undermine the store as we can always strive to be better and because of the level of service I certainly would return to this store and recommend them to my family

The staff were excellent however they were unable to give me a delivery date for the item I purchased.

Perhaps the only issue is the encouragement to buy additional insurance which adds significantly to the final cost of the item, it wasn't really mentioned on our initial visit, however it was offset by the free removal of our old mattress and the addition of a matress protector.

Quick , easy friendly and a good sale price.

When we placed the order no delivery date was available and were promised a call the following day with a delivery date. As of yet we haven't received a call so we don't know when we will receive our goods.

the prices ere too high and I would not have bought anything except for a reduced price promotion

The service was fine and satisfactory but nothing extraordinary.
