Dreams - Elgin

My wife and I went to dreams to buy a mattress and we're delighted with the service provided by Sarah Hunt. She was very informative, explained everything superbly and at no time put any pressure on us to purchase anything, she was lovely and knowledgable and even carried our goods out to our car. I have never experienced such good customer care and she was an excellent example of a good sales person. The store was spotless and even had an area for the kids. Very very impressed!.

The consultant was very helpful and not pushy. When we told her what our budget was she did her best to bring the price as close to that as possible. Overall very happy with the service.

Our children were occupied and watched by members of staff whilst the details of our order were processed. All of our questions about the products were answered by Sarah very thouroughly and enthusiastically. She was, along with other members of staff, very helpful, professional, friendly and courteous. The actual process regarding payment of deposit, arrangement of finance/delivery of our purchases was handled very quickly and efficiently adding to the already impressive service that Sarah gave us during our visit. Would definitively go back to the Elgin store, specifically with Sarah in mind in the future. I will actively recommended the store to anybody looking for new bedroom furniture in the future.

Assistant was fantastic,really helpful,even offered a cup of coffee and biscuit, would give dreams 5 out of 5,if delivery is as good as sales I would recommend dreams to anyone looking for a new bed or mattress

James the assistant manager was so friendly and guided us through various products.

The staff were helpful and did everything they could to help myself. In particular they were very helpful in helping to resolve the difficulties in getting finance approval.
