Dreams - Elgin

I called in a day before to enquire and when i arrived John was expecting me . He knew the products that i had wanted and also showed the colour options for me to chose. I had already made up my mind on the colour range but because of the 2nd option i was more delighted in choosing it. I ended buying an extra 2 piece of furniture which is a bonus for both John and I. He offered me a drink and also showed me a couple of bedding set that were available which i have delightfully bought. He seems to be well versed with the product and have easily persuaded me to buy more then what i had originally intended. Not bad for sales . I will definitely be visiting the store again and have recommended it to couple of friends.

James could not have done more to make our buying experience any easier. He stayed late to ensure we got what we wanted. It was above and beyond normal service.

We were assisted by James in the Elgin store who was extremely helpful but not pushy. He introduced himself and gave us space to browse but was on hand to answer any questions. He was extremely helpful, made a lovely cup of coffee too and we had a good laugh with him. He made the visit to the store most enjoyable and we did not feel at all pressured into making a purchase. He is a genuine guy who knows his stuff and how to make a potential customer feel welcome and at ease, something not everyone can do.

John was one of the most helpful and friendly customer service agents I have had the pleasure in dealing with and I can gaurantee you that I shall recommend and return to dreams in the future.

James our customer service advisor was exceptional in the way he gave us advice one products and helped us make the best decision that was best for us and most of all, extremely pleasant and easy to talk too.

James from the Elgin store was really lovely. Explained everything we needed to know and helped us pick what was right for us. He also made us a cuppa! Couldn't ask for better customer service.

We were made to feel welcome and given friendly service with the chance to try different products. Also given good options on products with good advice and chance to change order without any pressure.

All the Staff are friendly and professional. Their produce knowledge is excellent. We have bought bedroom units, bed and accessories over the last few weeks and have been surprised at how helpful the staff have been. Excellent Service.
