Dreams - Elgin

As soon as we walked in the store we was asked if we needed help, which we did! James spent a great deal of time wth us showing us all the options. He also left us alone to try out beds ourselves as well, which was good as you get the time to talk with your partner to decide what option was best for us. When we finally decide on our choice james sat down with us offered us coffee and biscuits while we gave him all our details which was nice as we didn't feel rushed for them to get the sale then get you out of the shop. Even walked us out to the car with my pillow i also decided to buy. Very friendly and i will definitely go back there to buy my mattress which is next on my list. Can't wait for my beautiful bed to arrive. Thank you very much to james and dreams!

Staff was very friendly and helpful they made us feel really welcome even made coffee and provide biscuits x They are the best staff that any employer could ever ask for.The shop has amazing stock and great prices. Highly recommended

The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, the offer of a cup of tea/coffee within minutes of arriving was a very nice touch.

Made to feel very welcome

James was very knowledgeable and helpful. He made us very welcome and spent nearly an hour with us. He didn't try to influence our purchase but to try and choose a mattress that was comfortable for us.

We had used this store before and were very pleased with staff and product knowledge so now we require more bedroom product this was our only store to visit.
