Firstly, Keith was very attentive, welcoming, professional and friendly. His knowledge of all the beds were amazing and we had no idea you could get a specific ‘match’ by lying on a bed for 5 mins!! Loves the fact we got our own pillow to carry around with paper cover for hygiene etc. I had mud on my shoes and he got me tissues to take it off. Brilliant customer service. The choice of mattresses was extensive and he helped us so much to try and decide and test each product type and how many springs, firmness and understand what was best for us both!! The whole experience was simple and so easy and quick!!
