We were served promptly by Colin during our visit to the Milton Keynes store, we were offered a drink, ensuring we felt safe in terms of H&S and generally we felt Colin knew his stuff.

Very friendly attentive, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. they were there when you needed them and not in our faces. We were offered refreshments which was a nice touch. Overall a pleasant and stress free experience.

Colin was extremely helpful in explaining the differences between mattresses and helping us to choose the right bed for us.

We were impressed by the minute we walked in the door and spoke to Charlie she was helpful patient and knowledgeable she took us through each stage showing us a lower priced mattress up to high end and explained everything to us through that whole journey good customer service. We are looking forward to receiving our new mattress

from start to finnish we were made to feel special. the time that was spent explaining about the product and asking any questions we had, was very good. the salesman, Kieth, was very friendly and helpful. we didin't feel rushed at all. whilst going through the process of buying, he made us a drink and everything was a pleasurable experiance. we would definatly come again, well done, Dreams.

Walked into and was approached by Charlie who asked if we needed any help which we did and from everything was easy
