We had a welcoming entrance from Colin, he was very pleasant and highly attentive. He had educated us on the type of beds and recommend us things I never put into thought. He had went out of his way to really support us in the type of products we was looking for and helped us purchase what we looked for. I want the manager to personally thank him for his kindness and his attitude on the shop floor.

Shop laid out well so easy to find what we required. Assistant available straight away and explained everything we needed to know about mattresses. Ordering item was quick, efficient and very happy with speed of delivery we were offered. Assistant extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.

I was greeted by Keith, I explained what I wanted and didn't want and he was extremely helpful without making me feel pressurised to buy something that I didn't want.

Found what I wanted with help from assistant Keith. Delivery date was fine am all round very happy with purchase and service given.

It was a great experience from end to end, even though there was a problem with one of the mattresses it was resolved in a few hours with no inconvenience to ourselves

Mo was the most helpful & friendly sales person I have ever met his knowledge was superb he is truly a credit to you
