I actually have no other experience to compare it to so that's why I erred on the side of caution

Explanation of each products were to satisfaction

It took a very long time to get any assistance. Once we received it, the service was good, but the wait was very lengthy so we effectively decided what bed, mattress and headboard to buy without any assistance having been offered. Also, the quality of the bed on receipt has not been the best as one castor does not fit the hole for it properly and only one of six holes under the fabric that are supposed to be marked by stickers was actually stickered. The divan base also had some dust marks on it which we have more or less managed to brush out.

This was my first visit to your store, & my overall impression was satisfactory, lets not get carried away by using compliments.

The sales person entered our personal details incorrectly for the finance meaning the process took half an hour longer than necessary
