Firstly the selection of products is superb. Secondly, the offers available at the moment make the value of the products very favourable when compared to similar products at other retailers. The assistant who served me was very friendly and knowledgeable, and the whole process was very smooth and professional.

Craig was an excellent salesman, he gave us the opportunity of testing many of the mattresses within the store. Once the order was placed the delivery date was five days later which was fantastic, also being able to test the mattress for forty nights is a bonus as both myself and husband have suffered with bad backs in the past and should there be any issues being able to change should the need arise is peace of mind. The bed itself is of high quality and although we opted to assemble ourselves was relatively easy with excellent instructions. Overall we were really impressed with the service and the product and would definitely purchase from you again.

Everything went smoothly

The assistant Anil was great, he wasn't pushy he let us look and explained the benefits of the products. He sold us a great bed and mattress and even some new pillows and arrange a delivery time to suit my job. I have told all my friends when they buy a bed dreams store in freeman's park is the place to go.

I was able to try out the bed machine that measures which is your best mattress for your sleeping position that was really helpful instead of just trying to guess. I was happy with the assistant that help me through the process of purchasing and mattress and the bed.

I was very satisfied with service in store but there is a reason I don't complete these surveys until the product has been delivered. When we made the purchase we were advised to ensure the headboard would fit up the stairs due to the type of house. Which we did, and continued with the purchase. When the bed was delivered, we were told there may be an issue getting the mattress up the stairs. In store, we were told the mattress wouldn't be a problem as it could be bent. When it arrived for delivery, we were advised it wouldn't be bent as all mattresses now have metal in them (apart from the memory foam ones) I now feel that, although we got a good deal on the bed, the man in store just wanted a sale without giving us all the information we needed to make an informed choice. It is more relevant as we would not have been able to return the mattress as we purchased the display one, which was made very clear to us, and I feel this may be why we were incorrectly advised the mattress could be bent.

-Earliest weekday delivery was 10 days away -Comparason mattress was available online only but assistant was good at explainng the difference and pointing out a similar mattress in store to the one online, so some comparison could be made -If deceide to canel before receiving goods, seems as if have to pay a penalty, which is not fair in my book as have not actually received any goods

Jerome was the most loveliest man! Amazing at his job and you could tell he truly cared about what I was getting was right for me, a little issue was the delivery, if it was sooner I'd of been highly satisfied.
