I was served by a lovely gentleman called Craig. I found the service to be of an exceptionally high standard. Both Craig and his colleagues (whose names I do not know) were incredilbly friendly, welcoming and helpful. Craig's knowledge of the products was impressive. He devoted a significant amount of to me, which ultimately secured my quite sizeable purchase solely from your store, in store, rather than from a number of stores online (which was my original intent). I was made to feel confident that I was getting high quality, good value products. I am a very satisfied customer.

Anil was very knowledgeable, friendly and put us (my partner and I) at ease. No high pressure selling needed as we knew precisely what we wanted. Anil guided us through the Dreams options that best fit what we sought. He left us to try the mattresses, but was there when we had questions. There was no rush, but it was a very smooth sale. A perfect gentleman.

Very helpful staff Craig. He clearly understood wat we wanted n very patiently helped and gave us ideas n suggestions. Really appreciated his patience with us n he clearly explained everything .

Got the bed I wanted and bed was in stock which was a bonus because I hate to have to wait for things

The service was excellent ,the staff were very informative about all the products on offer ,they left us to browse at our leisure until we were ready to place our order .They we very professional and pleasant ,asking if we would like anything to drink.They then took us through the data concerning our purchases ,and our choices of dates for the delivery .All in all it was a pleasant experience to not be harass into buying something that was important to get right.l would defiantly recommend this store to my friends and family.

We felt no pressure from sales staff, although they were extremely helpful, knowledgable and remaind visable for assitance if required and on hand to answer any questions. Overall an extremely pleasant shopping experience.

Just a pleasant place to browse, the staff were not pressure selling to us at all.

Craig was very helpful without being pushy

We were very pleased with the professional and caring way in which Craig dealt with our purchase yesterday. He was extremely knowledgeable on all the products we discussed and overall very helpful. We were made to feel welcome, to the extent we enjoyed a well timed cup of tea.

Assistance was readily available quite soon after walking in, the woman who came over was very helpful and offered a variety of options before helping us make our final choice. She talked through everything and sorted out our bed, mattress, protector, guarantee, delivery and even took some money off some bedsheets as a good will gesture. We will definitely be returning when we need a new bed! And happy to recommend to family and friends.
