My bed buying experience was made easy with the good trained staff which were at hand

The Assistant was very polite, friendly and helpful.

Very efficient, helpful & knowledgeable team. Patient at all times during decision making process as alot to consider before purchasing.

Craig was informative without being pushy, and gave helpful assistance which enabled me to make a decision.

Was given as much info as possible about the product and assistant made further enquiries on our behalf and promptly got back to us

Although I had visited Dreams before to receive ideas on the type on bed I needed on this occasion the sales person reinforced what I was originally told and gave me the confidence to make my purchase.

We dealt with two employees at the store Saj (initially) and then Craig to make the purchase. Both were very helpful and Saj had passed our information onto Craig so help with our purchase when we returned. Both were very helpful and knowledgeable.

the visit at dreams was a wonderful experience because everything in the store was nicely presented out and the staff explained how to choose a mattress of your choice by looking at the colours. Also the staff were really friendly and approached us with a calm and presented manner. we thoroughly enjoyed our experience and will be visiting in the near future.

The gentleman was highly knowledgeable about the products and was very friendly and professional. I never felt pressurised or pushed into buying anything. I would definitely recommend my friends or family visiting Dreams.
