Great range of products, very helpful and knowledgable prices and high quality products.

The service from Saj was very knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. There was minimum fuss, no overselling of unnecessary items and we were given some useful additional free items which was unexpected. There was a good selection of beds and mattresses and compared to Bensons, where we'd just been, the prices were very favourable.

The assistant Kaye was very helpful and nothing was to much for her.

There was a good range of beds to choose from. The assistant was very helpful explaining all aspects of the beds etc. and helped when trying out the beds. Nothing was too much trouble

We found the service to be quick, friendly and easy. As well as this the customer representative was very reasonable, knowledgeable and was able to negotiate a good price on our purchase. When it comes buying a bed it is important to buy the right bed at the right price which we achieved. Very happy with the service Craig offered. This was our fourth purchase at Dreams and have been very satisfied at all times.

Anil was extremely knowlegable and very helpful.

Craig was very helpful and eager to please when I told him that my first choice was too expensive he asked what price I was willing to pay up to and on that note he showed me the promotion offer which was just what I wanted because it had sliding doors again meeting my requirements and I didn't know that that sort were available

The two staff were both very friendly and gave good advice on how to judge the suitability on the type of mattress we required. there was a very good selection of mattresses for us to try. while being very helpful they were not attempting to influence in any was, which made us feel very comfortable just to browse, but were readily available to give advice. All in all the experience of shopping at Dreams, means we will return when a bed replacement is necessary.
