Your colleague Kaye put us at ease in showing the beds & mattresses according to our needs and different varieties and explained clearly the benefits associated with them that helped us make an informed and a good purchase. Also the quality of the bed is very good and we really like it.

Found what we were looking for, being offered help from staff upon query. Display was limited but shown around the discounted items too.

Kay, who dealt with us at the Freeman's Commons branch in Leicester, was friendly and knowledgable and also knew when to give us space to come to our own decisions.

I was really pleased with the level and type of advice offered by the assistant. The assistant gave relevant advice as I entered the store and then left me to look at the products without hovering around. He returned to give more advice when he could see that I was about ready to make a decision. He made me aware of the different options and was able to arrange delivery for a time that was convenient for me.

We were served by Kaye, who took time to explain everything , she was lovely , sometimes when one is looking to buy things in big stores I find the sales people over pushy, this was not the case with Kaye .

Very pleased with customer care and knowledge of products, gave us enough time to browse before being approached.
