Staff member Anil was really helpful as I needed a certain size due to room size and also storage due to a new baby. He showed me the different types of storage beds, let me lift and test the ones that lift up fully and those that had wider drawers. I was also on a budget so he showed all those that were on offer and explained about the different matteresses. I was really impressed as went in not 100% sure what I wanted, and had to shop around the sleeping baby.

'Sales' personnel were helpful and friendly but not obtrusive or pushy. There was enough choice but not so much that it became confusing! All options were fully explained.

I bought a bed from Dreams a few years ago , and absolutely love it. This is why I went back to purchase another bed, as I know I will not be disappointed.

My experience at Dreams today was very highly satisfied because they showed me around and helped with with everything i needed help with they also has very good customer skills meaning i ended buying a new bed will be telling friends and family about dreams.

Anil the sales person although very professional in his approach did not make us feel under pressure to make a hasty decision, if was if he would not be happy selling the bed until we were completely satisfied with our choice, a great asset to you sales team.

The man who served us was very friendly, helpful he approached us in the right way as some salesman can be very off putting and to in your face. He paid attention to my little boy and made us all feel welcome.

Thoughroughly explained about beds. The springs. Size differences. Differences in value. And lvery well ooked after.
