We were greeted by a very friendly assistant , Anil. He came across very knowladgable and very friendly. He as very pertinent with us as we were in there for quite a long time. Overall I was very satisfied with the service I received.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. A lot of beds and mattresses to choose from. Very impressed with the patience of the staff.

Shop staff were available to assist me when I needed help and had answered all my questions clearly. Upon purchase the transaction was very smooth and clear and explain the breakdown of the cost to me clearly as well. Explained the 8 years guarantee that I had added to my purchase.

Our experience in Dreams Leicester was very positive. We were made to feel very comfortable, which, when buying a bed, is exactly what you want! Our assistant Kaye made us feel at home. She offered us drinks, orientated us to the store's colour-coding of the products, prompted us to lay on as many beds as we liked and even provided us our own pillows to take around with us. When it came to chosing a product, she was insightful and not at all pushy. We had all our questions answered fully. The entire experience was pleasurable and we are very pleased with what we have purchased from Dreams. Can't wait for it to arrive!

I was greeted by a saleswoman on arrival and given clear and useful information to look at the likely beds, then left to browse. Further information promptly given on request enabled me to reach a decision about purchase. I was also given a cup of tea (very nice!) which was most welcome on a hot day. She was very efficient and sorted all the order and delivery arrangements very well.

The person who assisted me had a lot of knowledge about the product, he was also able to advice me on other products available
