No pressure, honest service by Kaye. Left feeling very happy.

i was very satisfied because Dreams had exactly what i wanted in the one place.your staff was well informed and very helpful. hopefully after a good road test i have come away with the bed of my dreams. the the time i visited the store was fairly late and your colleague was on her own through no fault of her own but she coped admirably.

Vivek Soranki is a very friendly guy. Went there 3 times and he was friendly all the way through. Good customer service. Great guy. Great products

We were shown all the available options, all the differances between firm, medium etc and the price savings available. We were looked after extremly well by Kaye in store, nothing too much trouble

All down to the helpfulness of Vivek, the store assistant. He could not have been better and managed to sort out a technical issue with the card machine and ordering system when payment was being made.

Anil was great in suggesting products to us. And stayed after the store had close to complete our order.

Vivek was very helpful. Insisted we try the pillows for comfort and carried the purchase to our car ..fabulous service he is a credit to your organisation
