Very friendly staff helped us from start to finish as we had no idea what we were looking for.

Good selection of beds. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff, but not too pushy. Craig makes a cracking mug of tea.

Very nice description of the products. Helped us to make a decision among various choices. craig helped us and was very kind to us . We felt welcomed and it took us less than 45 min and we had finished buying what we wanted.

The assistant (Anil) was fantastic in letting us have time to view and decide on our own before asking if he could help and then when he did help it was brilliant. Anil used his knowledge to help us buy exactly what we needed!

The assistant called Kaye was helpful but not pushy and did not oversell or harass is.

Anil,who was the salesman was very knowledgeble on the product. He always stepped back to give us time to think and talk,but was on hand for any queries we had. It was a very pleasant experience. Was exceptionally happy with service and price.

As soon as we walked in we knew which bed we were going to buy but it was the mattress we needed and wasn't sure which to go for. The gentleman was extremely helpful and kept giving us advice on the type of mattresses we were looking at.

Very good customer service! Staff clearly very knowledgeable about products and didn't hound you whilst you shopped - very refreshing for a bank holiday shopping trip!!

I went for the bank holiday sale. I was served buy a combination of Anil and Tina. Anil had great knowledge, was really accomodating and made sure he i understood important parts of the purchase agreement. Tina was friendly & welcoming, she made me a cup of tea and was happy to let me read through the purchase terms and ask questions. Great, personable service
