Dreams - Leicester

The bed we chose l though would be out of our price range but when seeing the price we were very pleased at getting the bed we wanted.We were smiling all the way home .

Staff were very attentive and knowledgeable

your assistant greeted us as we came into the store, chatted and ascertained what we wanted and the price range, showed us a variety of beds that fitted our requirements, left us to choose and was available to place the order offering credit if needed,delivery arranged for next week.

The store was very clean, lots of space to look around. importantly Kaye was very helpful, shared her knowledge , gave information, encouraged trying the beds. !! Had a kindly manner did her job quietly and efficiently. Talked through a range of options re the beds, delivery dates , and payment options. I am looking forward to sleeping on the bed I have chosen !!.

The help I received was very helpful and I've had no problems with Dreams for several years.

Having looked on the website a seen that the sale ended on that day and that the shop was open until (i think) 8.00pm, we arrived at the shop at 5.58pmto find that it was closing. However, Kaye saw us walking through the car park (slowly because my wife is disabled and uses a walking stick) and waited , holdig-nng the door open for us. She was very kind and helpfull and gave us useful advice which helped us to make our purchase decision. We look forward to the same service when our purchase is delivered. We have made several purchases over the years and this service does not surprise us.

The staff were very helpful. The product was good value for the money. Overall very satisfied. Thank you.

We went into the store and explained what we were looking for, wgich we were instantly shown and also variations of what we were looking for. We were then left to browse, and after a reasonable period the assistant approached us and advised us to try various beds for their differing spring combination and firmness. Again we were left to try various beds , also we were given a pillow to use whist trying the mattresses. On our decisions we were dealt with efficiently, friendly and at a pleasant speed (no lets get this over so I can get another sale).

The ease of looking round the store, the assistant very helpful in what we were looking for and informative about the products. The sorting of the delivery was easy and to our convienence and financing was straight forward.

The store manager Wayne was very helpful. He gave us sufficent information on the differnrt mattresses and bed divans. We would definately go back to the Leicester store as the customer service was excellent all the way through.
