Dreams - Leicester

The assistant was very well knowledged. He left us alone to try items when needed and was on hand to answer questions when we needed him. He didn't force any sale, and we didn't end up going back to make our actual purchase until a week after our original visit.

The team in the store were all so helpful, Anil assisted me with my purchase. I would recommend this store to friends and family as no matter who you speak to in the store they are all willing to help and always with a smile on their faces, thank you to the staff at Leicester.

We were highly satisfied with our experience today, as the salesman was very knowledgeable'; obviously knows his trade very well. I was pleased to see customer toilets there, and we were offered a cup of tea!

We were highly satisfied on a number of counts, the store was well laid out, the customer services people let us browse with no hassle and when asked questions they were only to happy to help and attentive throughout the process.

we were allowed to brouse without any one bothering us ,but as soon as we needed assistance they came and helped us . they gave us good information ,then left us to decide without any pressure which we greatly apreciated.

Craig, provided the assistance throughout our visit and he was polite, courteous and extremely professional with us. He wasn't pushy and gave enough information for us to make our final decision. The whole process took a considerable amount of time and at no point did we feel we had outstayed our welcome or were wasting time. A very pleasurable experience and if we were to buy beds again Drams will be our first stop. Thank you Craig for all your help, you were more help than you know.

The member of staff who dealt with us was an excellent member of staff with experience of 4 years with dreams. She was very knowledgable and seemed to have our best interest to heart rather than the value of stock she sold to us. She gave us some great tips on how to best look after the beds and mattress we bought. The store had everything we were after however dreams do not supply the bed we wanted in super King with leather so we ended up buying one with fabric instead even though the one on display was a super King and in leather.

Upon arrival my girlfriend and I were approached by a friendly employee named Wayne, we explained we wanted to keep the spending to a minimum but liked the ottoman style bed and we were looking at one that we liked online. He told us to have a look and try some of the mattresses and come back to him if we wanted some advice or found something. We were happy with the cheapest combination mattress and he then explained the finance to me and sat us down, he was very friendly and helpful choosing a date for delivery. Pleasant visit :)!
