We were welcomed and had the displays explained to us in terms of colour coding. Preferred pillows were offered to try out the mattresses, and we were left to explore the ones on display in our own time with no pressure.

Our advisor was Anil, he was very helpful and his product knowledge was second to none. He was informative and provided sound advise. He was not pushy in the slightest which we found in other bed supplier stores. We were given information about the beds/mattresses and left to try the different mattresses and he would return to explain each mattresses pros and cons. Eventually we decided which bed we wanted with his invaluable advice. I work in a customer service based industry, the standard of service was exceptional, Anil is a credit to dreams and if we didn't receive the service we did I don't think we would have purchased bed via dreams. I would also like to thank the staff for my cup of coffee and Wayne for his part in ordering our bed. I will be recommending Dreams in Leicester to all my work colleagues and friends if ever we get into a conversation about beds.

We were given lots of time to try out different mattresses. Your staff were very good at explaining the different types available. They even made my husband and I a coffee!
