Staff were friendly and unobtrusive, answered our questions and assisted in making choice. We knew the item we basically wanted and had a price in mind which was available in the range on offer. The lady that took our details was very pleasant and explained everything clearly.

The lady that helped us was very friendly and knowledgeable she showed us lots of different types of mattress as that s what we were looking for she also asked if we had any special needs and also asked if we had upper and lower price bracket

Assistance offered but didn't feel any pressure at all. Also, other customers were very friendly as they too were enjoying the retail experience.

The staff had the balance right between being attentive and offering assistance yet giving us time to decide with no pressure. They worked hard to find discounts and were good with our children too!

The whole experience was excellent. Wayne was so helpful, he helped us to find the right bed, giving us the information we needed to make the best choice. We had been to the store the day before, and, even though we hadn't asked for help then, he remembered seeing us. It transpired that we had been looking at completely the wrong type of bed - we didn't realise that you couldn't use an electric blanket on some types of mattress! He asked the right questions to ensure that we got the correct bed and showed endless patience as we moved from bed to bed trying to make a decision. We didn't feel rushed at any time and Wayne was also very kind to our Son, who was also taking the opportunity to try out all of the beds in the shop! The option of the 40 days to potentially change the mattress was very important to us as we have opted for a change to a medium firm one for the first time - hopefully the end to our backaches!

Wayne (The store manager) explained the colour system in the store and talked us through how the store worked and then left us alone to browse. Wayne seemed to be there when we needed him but gave us ample time to make our own decision and was not at all over bearing and pushy. He was also very understanding of our budget and went to great lengths to help us. The end result was that rather than just buying the mattress we came in for - we also purchased a bed base and head board. Very satisfied.

Kaye, the lovely lady who helped me and also my son with his purchase was wonderful. We had my grandaughter with us and she showed us where the sweeties were and was really comfortable taking her time explaining the bed to my son and my little purchase. I'll definitely be using Dreams in Leicester again and your team there were so welcoming and helpful. Well done. Lorna Robinson
