The service from Vivek was excellent from the minute we walked in the door offered many options and really knew his products well

On going to the store we we wasn’t sure what type or kind of mattresses we would need for our son.a kind chap allowed us enough time to browse before seeking to give us help.this was was very much appreciated.felt no pressure and relaxed by his (Steve) kind words of wisdom,with his direction after listening to us he pointed in the right direction. After finding a bed for our son,Steve allowed us to feel comfortable and not pressured in finding the right one for our son we decided to get one for us.steve showed us the magic bed!it was great, helping take the guesswork out of the finding the right one. Steve gave us great information that was valid and on point for what we was needing and not over powering. I think Steve is what helped us build trust and the knowledge of his products is what allowed us to find the right bed that we was searching for a while. We left very happy and assured that our products are on the way and if there’s any problems to call and he will help us out and point in the direction if needed. I want to take this time to say dreams should be proud in having a manger whom cares for work and this shows in his passion for helping getting it right . Thank you

I was able to order product quickly and it could be delivered promptly on a convenient date. I felt I was having a two way conversation with the sales associate.

There was great understanding between me and the colleague, which speeded the proccess what I was trying to find in the store which was a great help. He gave all the specific information making me feel how great the products are for my use and other good factors of the product which I didn’t know. Excellent Service!
